Mark your calendar, schedule it in your Blackberry, text your friends! The first Thursdays of the month are "Noodles Loves Parks" days at Noodles & Company restaurant in Encinitas. Noodles is a big supporter of parks and rec, and proceeds of sales from each "Noodles Loves Parks" days go to support recreation activities and events in Encinitas.
